7 players on hand last night for our season finale!! The last 3 weeks as an outdoor putting league was definitely different and fun, and did make for a unique change from seasons past. I'm just glad we could end the season out.
Two players dominated their respective pools all season long, with Chris Jackson dominating the B Pool, winning 7 of the 12 weeks of league (no B Pool in two weeks of Outdoor Putting), and Larry Bright winning 11 of 14 weeks in A pool, with both running away with the league championships in their respective pools.
Thanks to all the players that came out either at Garage Bar or for outdoor putting the last few weeks. We had 34 total players show up this season, and average about 17 people a night (not counting the last few weeks we were outdoor). Not a bad turnout!!!
Also, thanks to our venue for the majority of the season, Garage Bar Willoughby Their support and letting us use their game room area is very much appreciated!!! Make sure you support them in the off season!!!
Stats and results for the final week, along with the funds report and season points standings will be updated after the weekend.
Also, we are planning on having the League Party on July 10th at my house. I will make a separate post about this today to gather feedback to see if that makes the most sense.
