YAY!! League has finally started! We had a good turn out tonight with 50 people out on the course. 12 of which are new to the league. I think we did a good job of being socially distant and the steps that we've taken work out well (ie. posting hole assignments to Facebook, paying in exact change) and we will continue to do that moving forward. The only thing that I ask is a little bit of help on getting the CTP flags to and from the holes. If you end on a Hole with a CTP flag please make sure you bring it back.
We ran a 50/50 raffle to raise some money to donate to the new course in Raymond, the raffle brought in $58 with $29 being won by the great and powerful Vijay who has donated his winnings to the Raymond Course fund. Thank you Vijay!
Breakin Chains donated a Method as a CTP for us on hole 13, which Andrew Fonseca is now the proud owner of, with his parked drive. Nice throw Andrew and Thank you Bill and Norma from Breakin Chains Disc Golf Supplies (located at 373 South Willow St. Manchester and at Bellamy Park in Dover NH).
Cash CTP for $34 was taken by John Bilsky on Hole 1 with a lot of contenders making their mark on the hole.
I hope everyone enjoyed the Birdie Pot. Tonight's Holes were 4, 5, 10 and 14. As far as I know no one hit all four birdies so that pot will roll over just like the Ace Pot. The Ace Pot of $34, and Birdie Pot of $24, will roll over until they are hit. New Birdie Holes will be selected at random every week during hole assignments and will be included in the Facebook post.
We had 2 Hot Rounds from Colby (Taco) Foster and Brian Schweinhart throwing 49"s tonight. Jordan Wagner, AJ Jasper and Evan Moe were hot on their heels with 50s. Nice shooting fellas.
