Kyle, You are still on schedule for June 26-28. These precautions sound good. As you probably already know, we have others currently using the park. We ask that they follow the Governor’s orders including no groups larger than 10 people and staying socially distant at 6 ft. or more. I will pass your info over to my superior and the parks department to review, but as of now you are still good to go. If I were you, I would also verify everything with the local health department. See the very important line that says "verify with the local health department" which I did. I put in the leg work, I don't get pleasure in canceling tournaments I've spent months and months and months planning. I especially don't get pleasure in you going around the work I'm doing to get the answer you want. I've had to cancel 13 seperate events this year. I get zero plesure in it, I get paid virtually nothing other then donations to do it..... So that's that. The tournament isn't happening, the health department didn't sign off on my plan deal with it

I think I will be contacting the northern colorado health department.... you followed all the guidelines and did everything right so there was no legitimate reason for them to not grant you the go for the tournament
