Hello everyone.
I have some unfortunate news. Due to circumstances out of my control, we had to change the venue of the event because we could no longer have it at O.T. Sloan. I was heartbroken and very distraught. After I received the news I made several phone calls and spoke with many people about different options. We were lucky enough to secure a new venue. Swinging DB's Disc Golf Complex in Moncure NC has graciously welcomed us and has allowed us to hold our PDGA event at their course. We will be super busy getting the course tournament ready over the next 2 days.
With this being said, I know that several of you have gone to O.T. Sloan for practice rounds and this may not be ideal for you. I apologize that this has happened and our only other option would be to postpone again. I don't know about you all, but, I am just ready to play! Swinging DB's Disc Golf Complex is a great course that will accommodate our 24 hole layout and allow all 90 players with 4 people per card. The event will still be PDGA sanctioned.

~The event will still be Sunday, June 14th with registration starting at 7:30am.
~Tee time will still be at 9:00am.
~Free lunch will now be provided because there is nowhere close to get food other than a couple of gas stations.
~There will still be 2 rounds of 24 holes.
~There will be doubles on Friday at 6:00pm and the course will be open for play all day Saturday for anyone who would like to practice.
We are asking that anyone who is able to carpool should take full advantage due to limited parking.
I will be sending out an updated Caddie Book and your starting hole tomorrow evening.
I apologize, again, for any inconvenience and I hope that you still decide to come enjoy this amazing event with us.
Last but not least, after you have received this email please reach out to others that you know are in the tournament and make sure that they are aware of the changes. Also if you could, please respond to this email or send a text message to 248.821.9339 and let me know that you understand that the tournament will not be at O.T. Sloan.
