Looks like Governor Reynolds is allowing competitive Disc Golf.

Iowa Public Health Proclamation:

Section 6 Subsection A:
A sporting gathering of more than 10 people may be held, but only is social distancing, hygiene, and if outdoor grandstands only at 50% capacity.

Subsection 6(B)
Non-School Sporting Events: Competitions for individual sports are not prohibited, even when some athletes may have some contact within 6 feet, provided the organizer implements reasonable measures under the circumstances.

Now we need our Iowa State PDGA Coordinator to start the PDGA reinstatement process. :)
