Ok...I've decided to go ahead and finish the last 3 weeks of league with it becoming an Outdoor Putting League to be held at my house in backyard. We will be holding these last 3 rounds on THURSDAYs with a 6:30 start time (not 7!!!) beginning on June 11th. Dates will be:
June 11
June 18
June 25
The format will remain the same, but we will have two baskets in play with all 5 stations set up for each basket, which should help move it along a little quicker to ensure we get done before dark.
Beer and Alcohol are welcome, but you will need to bring your own beverages. I may order some pizza or other grub for the last night, as I'm still deciding how to handle the league party.
My house is located about 4-5 miles east of The Garage bar right off of Rt. 20 (Mentor Avenue). The easiest exit off the freeway to use would be 615, and I'm halfway between I-90 and Rt. 2, so either one will work. Address is 7403 Southwood Drive Mentor, OH 44060. There is a church across the street from house that can be used for parking, so that won;t be an issue.
Hope to see you all out there to finish up what has already been a fun season!!!! More details to come about a league party as soon as I have them. I may just do the same and have a get together at my house where we can putt, play dice, cards, drink, eat, or whatever we decide. But that's still be hashed out.
