"keep it fair" by everyone using avians for the putting contest, favors those who use aviars. Fair would be use your own putters....
Perhaps you're planning for everyone to use the same stack of 10 putters... but that can't be it given the current pandemic.

Also, why 3 rounds? and only a C-tier?
I'm on the fence about this one because of that third round...which means another night's stay...for only c-tier points
