Dear disc golf family. I am writing you all today to bring you some good news and bad news. The bad news is that the long-awaited Watson Skip tournament will be moved to a later date this year due to the present situation of Covid 19. However, the good news is that the event is going to be bigger and better by becoming the 2020 AZ States Championship presented by PDGC! The tournament will now include three courses vs two and larger payouts for all players! More importantly, all players currently registered for the Watson Skip are pre-registered for AZ states 2020 at a discounted rate! General registration will be posted on Disc Golf Scene (4-1-20).https://www.discgolfscene.com/tournaments/Watson_Skip_2020 The BIG question is WHEN will the tournament take place??? The answer is September 18th-20th. Further details will be posted on the event page as they are finalized. We have also brought on two more members of our staff to make this event even better Michael Spencer and Corwin Bowers Thank you for your support of the Watson Skip and be ready this fall to battle for the title.
