I have an important announcement for our disc golf community. We don’t go a day without reading the news or listening to television or radio about the Covid-19 Virus, and it’s understandable to be concerned. We all have our views and opinions on the subject but we have chosen to sway to the side of safety and awareness.
The directors and planning team of KC Disc Golf Divas and our women’s tournament, KC Diva Spring Feeva are monitoring the COVID-19 situation regularly and currently are focused on preventative measures.
As of Friday March 13th 2020, all KC Disc Golf Divas leagues and events will be postponed until May 1st.
The PDGA has been monitoring as well and has made the decision to postpone 4 upcoming events, including the Glass Blown Open. The KC Diva Spring Feeva on May 9th will continue as planned at this point. If there are any changes to our plan of action, we will communicate them immediately.
