First thanks for running a great tournament for an awesome cause. I had a really good time in what quickly became neat perfect disc golf weather.
Will y'all be posting results from singles on disc golf scene? For once I don't think I'm in last, so looking forward to seeing that!
I finished 8 over in singles, 6 over of that on holes 14 to 18 (without even going in the water). Add that to 2 missed birdie putts from less than 20 feet and at least 2 more very makeable putts missed and could have had a really good score. In fact I missed a birdie both rounds on 3 from 20 ft first time then 10 or less in doubles where both I and my partner took a mulligan and both missed 2 times each, after I had just said in response to some light ribbing ( justifiable from the way I was missing putts like I was trying really hard to miss) "oh, this one is definitely going". I knew as soon as I missed the first one (don't even think I hit the basket from 10 ft or less mind you) that we were not going to make a birdie on that hole and sure enough I drug my partner down to match my superior capability to miss the easiest of putts consistently.
