OK, I spent the entire afternoon walking both courses and the entire evening documenting the changes in an email that I have sent out to all players. Between a few gaps of info on the course maps/rules, new additions to the course (minor construction) and some "what ifs" (soccer league), I have created a list of Course Amendments.
NORTHSIDE
Please note that in the email the Changes are in Blue Text
HOLE 2 - On pavement, in water/canal (painted line), on or left of pavement. Any tee shots that never cross in bounds move to drop zone w/penalty.
HOLE 6 - Over fence - go to drop zone w/penalty (painted wooden tee), water in creek (mud in creek plays as casual relief.
HOLE 16 - Road to right, parking lot, skate park and painted pond area in front of basket is OB
PARKSIDE

HOLE 6 - Mandatory tree - stay left. On or across pavement on left, in or across canal deep (painted line). Missed mandatory throws from drop zone w/penalty.
HOLE 7 - Mandatory tree - stay left.
In or across canal on left (painted line). Missed mandatory throws from drop zone w/penalty.
HOLE 8 - In or across canal on left (painted line), past painted line near basket, bridge and pavement to right.
HOLE 9 - On and over cement/pavement is OB.
HOLE 10 - In or across canal on right and deep (painted line).
HOLE 11 - In pond or lost disc on tee shot, go to drop zone past bridge w/penalty (bridge is in bounds).
HOLE 16 - On or across pavement on left, if in pond on tee shot - go to drop zone w/penalty. Wooden stake/roped areas around new plants are OB. Front of stakes define OB.
HOLE 17 - In pond right and deep, basketball court. Wooden stake/roped areas around new plants are OB. Front of stakes define OB.
