@ David Cook...no offense but knowing what time players check in on Saturday morning or what time the players meeting is a few days before probably has little effect on your ability to plan for the event. For the most part, most events start within about a 60 minute window of other events. So if you've played events before, you'd see a pattern. Also, I've been coordinating closely with Orlando Disc Golf Club to prep for the event and they've had some critical issues with their website which prevented them from relaying the proper maps and course info in a timely fashion. The term "warm up" is just that, it means these courses will be used for Worlds. The true practice/warm up event will be the Orlando Open and the Club will have much more information available as to pool/course assignments.

That's the quickest response to any comment/question made about the event so far. I must've hit a nerve, just stating the fact that it's a large enough event. If i was a new player & have never played a tournament before this is a bad example of how 1 of your event's are ran. Not sure what the Orlando website has to do with posting the schedule on here though.

I know no one asked for it but I'd like to give my feedback. In Orlando, hotels all have significantly higher rates. It would benefit the out of town players to know how early the rounds are so we can plan travel. In my case, this tee off is late enough that I'll be driving over in the morning and Sunday is late enough that I can do a hotel outside of Orlando and not have to pay top dollar. The schedule makes a bigger difference to those of us a couple hours away. Glad to see it's up and the same as a usual Tour del Sol event. Looking forward to seeing you all this weekend!

@ David Cook...I just happen to be up working on the event when your comment came through. I have nerves of steel from dealing with Disc Golfers for nearly 20 years. We didn't offer MA3/4 or FA3/4 for this event, so not many new players per se, but I do appreciate your concern for them. Time was the issue; the website issue consumed more of my time (to redo work I had already done and delay other things I wanted to do), therefore posting the schedule was delayed.

@ Kevin Herrington...thanks for the feedback. If I were playing/planning for an event, I would reserve a room regardless and then cancel if I didn't need it, but that just comes from my own personal experience.
