I would like to offer a different perspective. For the record, South Spring is no tighter than the woods holes at Loriela and Hawk Hollow, where the USWDGC was held last year, Iron Hill where the Delaware Disc Golf Challenge is held, Northwood Gold where World's was played, and so many courses in North Carolina that are cut into forests. If you are hoping 450' power will give you an advantage, you will be disappointed. If you can, quoting McBeth, "throw your discs at every angle and every speed" you will do very well. SSDGC is just a different kind of golf that many players in Texas aren't used too. I have talked with close to 100 people that have played SSDGC and the overwhelming majority say two things...it is tough, but it is really fun.
