I can’t sign up online for some reason, each time I try and pay it says card declined- when I call the bank they say they see a charge for 0$ three times (each time I tryed to pay) but the card should work fine and that it’s the merchant that won’t accept the payment... please help- I have cash day of if need be guaranteed!
