Matt, for the format, does "Front 9" literally mean holes #1-9. Or does it mean, "the first 9 holes you play". I'm assuming a shotgun start, but that means if we're starting on hole 5 we'd switch format's multiple times in one round if "Front 9" is hole 1-9. Or is it a rolling start and everyone starts on hole 1?

Also, will there be multiple Teams per card? or are the Teams on their own card and it's the honor system for reporting?
