Chris - I will send you an email to connect regarding the player pack. Please note when you sign up for our events (or anyone else's) that there is typically a clear refund policy put on the homepage of DGScene for the event. If you look at ours, it says that no refunds will be issued after 9:00am on 10/19 for this event. We always put a clear message (and it is usually our standard of no refunds 2 weeks prior) as we have committed to the costs of the event and everything that goes for an individual. Events are fun to play so you should not give up on playing events but rather sign up for ones that you can make, or cancel within policy timing as expressed at initial registration
