Steve Kurth Hi Michael.. My daughter Alyvia Kurth unfortunately has to withdraw. She had surgery to remove a tumor from her knee (thankfully benign) last month. Alyvia tried to talk her Mom and I into letting her compete on crutches, but we'll just see you at the next one lol.. PS. Happy Birthday sir!! Oct 22, 2019
