When/if players drop, we promote the next person on the waitlist and send them an email notification that they have made it into the tournament. We generally have a few drop during the week leading up to the tournament, but never know how many. A waitlist player can request a full refund by 5:00 on Friday if they don't want to drive out to the park Saturday morning hoping for a no show. If a waitlist player shows up on Saturday and does not get in, we will issue a full refund.

We will not be adding any new spots. The tournament is 18 holes with four players to a card, so we are capped at 72 players. Oak Meadow park is not conducive to 5 player cards so we will not be expanding.
