Randall Bye Robert Ruddell under PDGA rules yes last card turn in that start one hour For start 2nd round tee off! But this tournament under PDGA ? Yes then your correct last card start one hour break or TD decide his own rules !!! Jeffery can you answer this ?? Thanks bro Mr Bye Aug 1, 2019
Jeffrey Roberts Aug 5, 2019 Randall, you know we don't use PDGA sanctioning for all SoCal Deaf DG tourneys. Yes when last card turn in then starts timing for lunch break then we will have 2nd round tee off.
