This is the third year that I signed up for the crosstown.. First time it wasnt sanctioned until almost a month before the actual tournament. This is however the second tournament I had to drop out of. This one I dropped because 1. the number of registered competitors and 2 a personal issue I'd prefer not to discuss. You are still the only organizer to not issue a full refund almost a month (3 weeks) in advance. You've taken a $10 penalty because the PDGA ruling says you can and yet no other TD or tournament organizer does that as long as you give an appropriate amount of time with your request. Idk .. I just find that slightly petty. Nothing against you but you should consider the alternative of giving people back what they paid (seeing as when I requested the refund it said I could get a maximum refund of $30 and I got $20).
