I want to thank Brett and Diane for bringing the Jiffy blueberry muffins this week, Each of them earned an extra bonus point for that. And thanks to Cam for bringing the B & B wrist bands and stickers so that all of the players could earn extra points.. A true show of compassion and sportsmanship from our leader.
And, last but by no means least, I want to thank Thetford Corporation and their rep, Breeze (going with the more common spelling here) for donating the toilet paper on Thursday, enabling us to have a Crappiest Shot contest on every hole. As I recall, Brett and Diane came out the big winners again.
In honor of Vin Diesel's birthday next week, we will be playing at VINdependence Lake. The name was officially changed earlier this month from Independence Lake to VINdependence Lake just for this occasion. Thank you Pat Majher for all that you did to make the name change happen. You. Rock. We will play the original 18, just to keep in simple. Oh, and I don't know if there will be a Vin Diesel trivia contest or not, but, you never know.
