For the Freedom Ironman, we are going to try the new PDGA online scoring. We will still use the paper scorecards (just in case) but will submitting the scores electronically. I talked with the PDGA tech guy today, and he said that they have been getting great feedback from not only tournament directors but players because they can submit the scores immediately and don’t have to count and recount the card. Only one person per card enters the scores online and is called the “scorekeeper”. I added a link from the PDGA explaining the new scoring system if anyone wants to read more on it.
