We have found that a full round of 18 is often too much for kids who are 6 an under, so we don't offer that division. However, there are some kids who have enough experience that they can enjoy a full round at a tournament. If you know a kid that is under 6 and would like to play, they can sign up for MJ8. There are just so few that we have decided not to offer that division (junior worlds also no longer has an mj6 division).
Kaidin Bell Jul 25, 2019Seth why are you declining the our sport to any child and why are you using the Pdga as a scapegoat.
Kaidin Bell Jul 25, 2019Please remember this is a child event let’s not say no to a child because you “think” it’s to much change the layout let them play.
Kaidin Bell Jul 25, 2019We recognize your age group but feel your not right for our event but if you want to suck it up and play against older kids than we cool.
Seth Hogan Jul 28, 2019Just to clarify, any child under 8 is welcome to play in the 8 and under division. We are not turning any kids away.
Seth Hogan Jul 28, 2019I believe Jim Schultz may have already spoken with you, and may be making some adjustments to the event. I hope that you and your family have a great time.
