A big thank you to the new league record 38 people who joined us for the third round of the 2019 Old Farm Summer League. It was a nice, warm, windy day.
Lee Crandall was strong today and wins the third round with a very impressive 45 (-9). Rich Fuller also had a strong showing coming in second place with a 49 (-5). The three players who round out the podium with a score of 51 (-3) are Nate Bivins, Jeff Hess and Stephen Porter. On top of finishing second Rich Fuller also had a very nice ace on hole 12 and received $19 of the $38 ace pool. Jeff Turner won the 50/50 CTP worth $19 on hole 2.
A big thank you to Chris Melinn for donating a disc as a hole prize today despite him being unable to join us. As well, a big thank you to our season long sponsor Great Lakes Disc for providing hole prizes every week. Make sure to stop in there and tell the staff that you appreciate their support of Grand Rapids Disc Golfers United.
