I know it's getting rather close to event but I just stumbled on this recently. I couldn't convince the few DG friends I have to play so if anyone is looking to make a show of support in front of the Flushing Valley people I'm willing to come out and play. I'm a casual player that never played in PDGA just random draw doubles leagues in the area. I would say on an average/good day I play between -3 to 3 at Holly with my best rounds of -6 to -9 back in the day when I had more time to play.
I live in Flushing so if a good showing was enough to convince them to put a quality course in I would use it often.
