Hi Bethel, glad that you can make it! Right after you turn into the park there is a building on the right. That is where check in will be. You can't miss it when everything is setup on Friday. As for the posted times, those times are 99% solid. I simply put tentative in case the weather forecast as it gets closer looks bad and I cut it off a little earlier than planned. Oh and don't forget, Athens is in Eastern Time since you'll be coming from Central time.
