1. PDGA or not? The page says its a C-Tier but the description says non PDGA.
2. Does the first round count towards your total or is it just for deciding your division? ie. is everyone starting at 0 strokes in round 2? Feb 22, 2019

round 1 is qualifier...round 2 and 3 count for the glory
