The Frozen Fingers on the Fairway Medina Event is on for Sunday, although in an altered format. After having discussions during the day and considering the weather forecast for the weekend, we decided to proceed with the event, but with the following changes:
1) Tee time for the 1st Round will be pushed back to 10 AM (Check-in up until 9:45 AM). That will give more time in the morning for players to travel to the event (and also plows on the road).
2) Because of the later start time, we will reduce to a 15 hole format to ensure that we can complete the event by sunset. Exact format posted on DiscGolfScene page, but playing all 11 Masi holes, 3 at Roscoe, and Safari hole at Masi. Same format for second round unless adjustments needed for time.
We still plan to have a fun event in the snow, and hope to see you there.
However, if you are unable or decide not to attend, we just ask that you message us to let us know, even if it is Sunday morning. It will help us with check-in and making sure that we have at least three in every group.
If you already paid your entry fee, but cannot attend, let us know before the event. Then there are two options:
You can donate the $20 entry fee to NEODGA project fund where it will be used to help improve/develop courses in NE Ohio, or
The $20 entry fee can be refunded to you.
