So for complete transparency this is the way the points work in SRD point series league.
There are 3 categories to score points in.
1. Show up points. 5 points for showing up. These points will count for all 8 rounds if you show up to more than 5. For example, Show up to all 8 events you will receive 40 show up points, Show up to a 5 events you will receive 25 show up points.
2. Raw score point. This is simply the number of strokes you are under par. For example you should 44 at woods -10. 10 points. You shoot 53 at woods -1. 1 point
3. PEOPLE you beat point. Self explanatory one point for every person you beat. For example 10 people show up you and your partner win, you didn't beat yourself, you didn't be your partner you beat 8 people, 8 points.( You don't beat the people you tie) This makes every stroke count if you tie with 6 other people you didn't beat them.
