I did this so those who may roll in around 10 to check in can have some warm up time after the meeting. It could be a lengthy meeting and the Boards and Cards will be set up at a pavilion across the parking lot from the meeting so that will give Keith time to get everything situated.

If we don't really want that much time to hang around, can we arrive around the normal time, like 11:00 or so? I have a chiropractor appt that morning, wasn't trying to get out of the house before 8:30.....is this a hard 10:00 check in?
