Huge thanks to the 38 people who came out Labor Day weekend for the official finale of the Deer Lake Monday League and braved the blue tees. BJ Reiher came out shooting hot setting a new league record for the blues with a 58 and took down the Open division. Mike Vasey eked out a one stroke victory in the Advanced division with a 62 while Tim Sladisky did the same in the Intermediate division with a 68.
Macky D. walked away and the 2nd biggest winner on the day snagging the CTP on hole 2, putting his drive a mere 3' from the pin, but the big winner on the day was Zach Schweitzer who carded the ace on hole 11 for a $228!
Nobody hit the birdie pot on the day, so we will carry over the $354 pot to next year. After Zach's ace, there is a total of $57 still in the reserve to start off next year.
