Well a great summer season for a 9th year running the Michigan Cooperative Point Series.
It's great to see all the new leagues and so many of the leagues that have been around for year. Great to see what the leagues are up to and who is playing where and how good.
First a big Congrats to the DGLA Player level players who won one of the 5 MDGO berths to the Discraft Michigan State Championships 2018 in Sept. DGLA had to award.
Also thanks to MDGO for all the do for Michigan Disc Golf and for Discraft for sponsoring States an Awesome event every year in Ludington.

So with a 255 point spread between 1st to 10th for 877 players. 16 weeks, only counting the best two rounds per week, max 32 rounds. Jay B played 77 rounds, won 25 of those, 3 Aces, attended 5 Highlighted League of the Week (HLW) for Doubles points and end up with 977 points to take first place. Nicely done Jay B. CONGRATULATIONS
Here are the Top Ten player stats if you want to see the details and learn what it takes to week after week compete and end up in teh top ten of the Michigan disc golf league players.
Now I also like to look at the Points to Rounds average to see who the potential Top Ten are if only they could get out to play more rounds. I normaly only look at players with at least 3 rounds. The only one from the current top tenin the list is Geoff Bennett who had a 36.88 pts per round average for his 26 total rounds to get second place. Brandon, Derek, Chris & Joe all had higher Points per Round but for way less rounds - maybe next year. Great rounds guys way to make them count!!!
