FYI for anybody wondering about the use of rest holes or ghost holes - having rest holes at #1 and #10 does not adversely affect the pace of play. This is 18 is the hardest hole on the course and takes time to play, so there will not be a delay when crossing over to hole 1. And the walk from hole 9 to hole 10 is long, and goes past the parking lot and washrooms, so it is a good place for a pit stop. So there should not be a backup oh hole 10 either.
