As a reminder, THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ALLOWED at the Bailey Disc Golf course, anywhere on the grounds, including the parking lot. Furthermore, there is a county wide fire ban right now. Your also CANNOT exit the parking area or hop the fence and have a smoke.
This hit very close to home 2 days ago. Presumably, Some moron discarded a cigarette on 285 almost directly across from my house. Thank you Bryan Klyse, the other passers bys, neighbors, police and fire for being quick to the scene. Yes, our own BK was there as my hero!
I will not tolerate smoking of any kind this weekend and neither will the park County sheriff's department, regardless of who you are or how well I know you. Please don't put Ben Ray, any tournament official, a friend, your card mates, or me in that situation. I will suggest to Ben Ray that you are immediately disqualified. Go for a drive and do your business. Do not smoke outside anywhere in park county or you risk a ticket.
