This is a clear courtesy violation, telling others of one's slight misplay during a tournament round is no laughing matter. This individual, while deserving punishment, truly needs to be educated in their misdeed. I would suggest they be given a lengthy talking to by someone who has reached the pinnacle of their sport on the severity of their misdeed. I'll volunteer to conduct a thorough investigation to root out this scoundrel.

It sure isn't. I did go over the water the second round with dry everything and got a 3. I'll have to perfect my play on that hole on a drier day.
