Yes originally we were going to have everyone play the gold pins to make it easier for logistics but after discussing what divisions should play which layouts with the course designer and the PDGA, it was decided that the white pads to the normal pins was the appropriate layout for MA1.

MA2 on the Red pads......that's interesting.. HB isn't very daunting from the Reds for decent players. Push us back to the Whites like Phil suggests and move them to Blue. Most MA2 should be shooting in the low 50's, not much change for score separation unless someone throws in the water.

We appreciate the feedback, this is the biggest field of advanced and intermediate players we have had play harmony bends in one round. We will look at the scores and absolutely make adjustments next year based on the data and player feedback.

This is really disappointing the draw of this event, and the reason I wanted to drive in was to play a top notch course in a big tournament, hard to cal. Playing from the short tees doesnt scream challenge yourself in an A tier to me
