Sorry, is their the option to maybe just downgrade based on registrants? IE. 2 people play just reduce entry "help" to half, 3 people 75% etc...?

Unfortunately, the competitor handbook has already been established for 2018 and is considered a legally binding document. If we made one exception then we would have to do it nationally.
