Sorry to hear you can't make the event Matthew. Also sorry to inform the last cut off date for refunds was May 19th. We sent out an email to all participants stating this so there was no complications/confusion later. With an event of this caliber its impossible to run a quality event if we do not who is playing in it a week prior. This is a PDGA rule for all A-Tiers and TD discretion for any refunds for those dropping out up to 4 weeks. We felt 2 was fair,also since we sent out the notice. Hope this help;ps clarify. once again sorry you cant make the event.
