Ironwood Open Update!

I’m looking at the seven day forecast and can’t believe my eyes. There is no snow in the forecast! For everyone holding out waiting to see if we were going to get snow again this year, you can finally sign up. Registration will close Thursday evening. No walk-ups day of!

There are currently 12 spots remaining in the Pro Men and Women, 40+, and Advanced field and plenty of spots remaining in the other field. If you are currently registered and plan on dropping, please let me know by tonight. Any refund requests after this evening will receive 50% cash value (or player pack) if their spot is not filled in accordance with the PDGA Competition Manual.

I have updated the tee assignments for divisions which I had originally missed and have posted this to the “Pictures” section on DGScene. I also made one change for the Recreational division who will now be playing the green tees at Slippery Rock and the White tees at Moraine. If anyone would like to change divisions based off of this, please let me know and I can get that fixed.

Be sure to come join us at North Country Brewing in Slippery Rock on Saturday evening for a players social with good beer, good food, and appetizers will be provided by Grip It and Rip It Disc Golf. Also be sure to join us after round 3 at the Ski Lodge at Slippery Rock for lunch also provided by Grip It and Rip It Disc Golf. I also want to thank DUDE Clothing for providing the player packs for the event.
