After you log out of paypal discgolfscene asks you to agree to terms and conditions. If you didn't click on that the registration was incomplete. Do you have email confirmation?

Unfortunately this has happened to a few people in the past. If we could change that double confirmation setting if we could, but it's purely a PayPal/Disc Golf Scene issue.
