Sunday's Ice Bowl 2018 charity tournament was a great success, thanks to all the participants. This includes players, hole sponsors, maintenance time preparing / setting up for the event, assistance during the event, and cleanup afterwards.
We collected $1,300.00 and 52 lbs of non-perishable food for the York County Food Bank.
Thanks to the Gifford Pinchot State Park staff for offering the pavilion for the day. It was 32 degrees with 2" of fresh snow on the ground at start time. There were 29 participants at start time with 25 players finishing.
Winners of the various divisions were:
MPO - Owen Hileman,
FPO - Frieda Eberly,
MA1 - Todd Slater,
MG1 - Jeff Ross,
MA2 - Rick Miller,
FA2 - Alli Torrey,
MA3 - Chris Troy.
Last, but not least, the pot luck lunch was delicious with plenty to eat for the everyone. Thanks to all who brought food.
