Well I hope everyone had a great New Year!!!!! And I hope this year is the best yet!!
We finished up 2017 this past Saturday strong with a double points day at Parmalee. The temp was 14 at start time with a real feel of well below that I'm sure I didn't actually look at the real feel and it was in the single digits by the tie we finished I think it was 9 if I remember correctly lol.....IT WAS COLD!!! But we've got some pretty tough polar bears in our group so we still showed in the cold. It was also snowing so we had that fun as well. We started with roughly +2" and probably ended with +3" and that's probably being conservative.
Anyways Good round all!! Tony and I took first with -8, Tara and Dustin came in second with -5 and Tim finished well for having injured himself and toughing out with +1. Tony, Tara and myself all took 1 CTP.
We will be back at Vienna this coming Saturday. If your feeling up for really cold golf come join us at 12:00 @ the pavilion closest to the park entrance. It's going to be a cold one though, it's calling for a high of 7 deg, so dress warm and bring the hand warmers lol. hope to see yall out there.
