2nd Annual Joe Wheeler Fall Shootout

PDGA C-tier · Sat, Nov 11, 2017Nov 2017 · Rogerville, AL

Bill Coughenour Why does a par round, score of 57, only merit a 904/901 (round 1/round 2) rating?
This makes no sense. A 3 over par, 60, generates a 871/867 rating.
It took a 4 under par, 53, to generate a 950ish round. Does the system think that par is 54? What gives?

Will Corey Nov 12, 2017 Not sure, I haven't entered all the information yet (course length) just set the par at 57 on the PDGA site. maybe you can compare ratings to round 3 of the spring fling, played on the same layout.
Walker Ericsson Nov 13, 2017 The slope looks pretty close to expected, and I'm going to take a wild guess and say scratch is more than a few under par. What's weird here?
