Ryan Pecinka: Bill, I have played in 7 NEFA events this season

Ryan Pecinka Bill, I have played in 7 NEFA events this season but am not yet a NEFA member. If I sign up for a membership today, would I be allowed to use those prior tournaments as part of the 3 needed to register for this event? Or would I have had to be a NEFA member before accumulating those 3 events? Sep 6, 2017
