BIG MONEY NIGHT IS HERE!!!
A few notes for tonight:
- We will have a mini player's meeting at 5:45 then begin teeing off after that.
- Anglo American Darts and Discs will be on site after the round with plenty of new plastic to buy. If you are in the market for some new discs, please consider supporting a local business who is very supportive of our disc golf scene.
- AAD&D will be sponsoring 4 CTP's (with prizes) tonight on holes 8, A, 13 and 16.
- There will also be a prize for whoever shoots the most under their average.
- The payout scale will be increased to 33% tonight to spread the wealth.
- All other normal handicaps and rules apply. Same layout as normal.
Wouldn't the person who shoots the most under their average be the winner?
Well, handicaps are based on 85% of the last 3 weeks played and averages are based on total season performance. For example; if Nick and Miguel both shot 7 below average, Nick would have 50 and Miguel would have 53. So, even if Miguel shoots 9 under average he still doesn't beat Nick for the night, but he would win the AAD&D prize.
Do you have a better idea for a side-game prize besides CTP's? I'm all ears!
I just couldn't figure it out, and you pointed out exactly the piece I was leaving out. Thanks for explanation. I think that is a great idea.
