(a) to make sure the flow is smooth, especially with 21 holes each round; (b) we want to make sure everyone gets a players pack - we planned small because we did not want to get left with huge bills for players packs when competing for players with MadCityOpen the same weekend; and (c) we believe that bigger is not always better.
