Player Etiquette During Leagues

It has been brought to our attention that we have never really set guidelines for players as far as etiquette, so please read below.

It is up to the long-standing league members to enforce these guidelines. Typically, this is the member who is taking cash or handing out winnings during leagues. As of May, 2017, this includes Craig Clingan, John (Nacho) Norkowski, Dave Connors, Simon Porritt and Josh Taylor.

Our expectations are that all players come to our leagues with the hope of having a good time, playing with fun people, and possibly taking a tip or two home with them. This should come without having to tolerate fellow league players who are physically unable to finish the course due to substance abuse. If a player is unable to act in an adult manner on the course, he or she may be asked to not return to our leagues for a period of not less than 2 weeks. If the same player behaves similarly a second time, he or she may be asked to never return.

It is our goal to not only grow the sport locally but to lead by example and continue to have a respected league here in Mount Pleasant. If members are not interested in helping us with these goals, then they are welcome to play elsewhere.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.
