I was not the TD for last years Mallard Open. As a person who played in the event, I was disgruntled that the tournament did not flag as officially reported until February of the following year. I have no plans to create such a delay, and prefer to turn in my TD reports rather promptly. The new tournament team wants to keep the series healthy and self sustaining. In order to achieve this, we prioritize on fun for everyone, timely reporting, and financial accountability. With these simple concepts as our foundation, here is to better times moving forward.
