If you are considering hosting an event at a township owned public course, such as Whitehall Township, Henderson, Nestrom, Spring Lake etc. you need to have permission from the township that owns the park before you schedule an event. This is for their liability and is their policy. Clubs that run events at these courses are the clubs that maintain and manage these facilities, therefore the revenue that is generated is used for maintenance and upkeep. Whitehall Township in particular, has a strict policy regarding events on any of their properties. Please contact the proper municipality before you schedule events at public courses. Cities may operate a little different as they have designated parks departments and budgets to manage their facilities.

This is a good policy for anyone out there operating. ALWAYS check with the owner of the course...
