16 people made it out to riverbends for the final week of the BSD 2016-2017 season. The 50/50 was hit by John Hamel for $14 on hole 13, and Moreno got the merch that was on hole 14, but he left so Jeff Batmen won it in a throw off. $13 was added to the ace pool, and $32 was added to the super pool bringing the totals to ace-$29 and super-$76. Seriously, week in and week out, standing there in the cold taking registration while most everyone else is out warming up, after announcements and sending everyone out to the course you have to pack up your car, get your gear out, and go play with minimal warm up if any and freezing hands since you can't wear gloves and write names and make change. After play is over, go home and post the scores while making sure the schedule is ready for next week. For your 1st year Dave, you did an outstanding job taking over for Nate Buban who ran it just as awesome for a couple of years. Thank you! We'll see you all at the Bobis Ace Race this Saturday. Its hard to believe Bobis has been gone just over 10 years now, he would be 53. BOBIS!
Thanks John
